By accessing, purchasing from, or engaging with Luxe Micro Estates, the customer agrees to the following Terms of Service. Luxe Micro Estates designs, manufactures, and delivers custom Tiny Homes and related services. All homes are built to order based on customer selected designs, specifications, and site conditions. A deposit is required to secure an order and initiate planning, customization, and scheduling. All deposits and payments are non refundable once submitted. Delivery timelines provided are estimates only and may vary due to manufacturing schedules, transportation logistics, weather, permitting decisions, financing approvals, or site readiness. Customers are solely responsible for ensuring their property is suitable for placement, including access, utilities, and compliance with local regulations. Luxe Micro Estates is not responsible for delays, additional costs, or outcomes resulting from site conditions, permitting decisions, zoning restrictions, or customer requested changes. Any warranties offered apply only to workmanship or materials as outlined separately and do not cover misuse, modifications, or normal wear and tear. Luxe Micro Estates reserves the right to update pricing, specifications, policies, or terms at any time without prior notice. By submitting payment or proceeding with services, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these Terms of Service in full
