Refund policy

All Luxe Micro Estates Tiny Homes are custom built to order based on each customer’s selected design, specifications, and site requirements. Because our homes are custom manufactured and involve planning, materials, labor, and scheduling upon order confirmation, all deposits and payments are non refundable once an order is placed. We do not accept returns or exchanges on Tiny Homes, add ons, or services once production has begun. In the rare event of a manufacturing defect or material issue, Luxe Micro Estates will work directly with the customer to address the concern in accordance with applicable warranties and workmanship standards. Refunds are not provided for delays caused by permitting decisions, site conditions, utility readiness, financing approvals, or customer requested changes. By submitting a deposit or payment, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this policy.
