Shipping policy

Luxe Micro Estates provides nationwide delivery for all Tiny Homes. Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery location, home size, transport requirements, and site accessibility, and are quoted separately prior to scheduling delivery. Estimated delivery timelines are provided at the time of order but may vary due to manufacturing schedules, transportation logistics, weather conditions, permitting decisions, or site readiness. Customers are responsible for ensuring their property is accessible and prepared for delivery, including adequate clearance for transport vehicles and placement equipment. Luxe Micro Estates is not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by inaccessible sites, unprepared utilities, or unforeseen conditions at the delivery location. Once a Tiny Home has shipped, delivery fees are non refundable.
